Terms & Conditions

I, the client, agree to respect and return the equipment in the same manner and condition in which it was rented to me. I have been offered insurance on my rental equipment, and in the instance that I have declined this offer, I accept full responsibility for any damage that occurs to my equipment and I will pay for any costs incurred to replace or repair the equipment.

I acknowledge that Quest Snow Centre’s insurance does not cover loss or theft of equipment. I understand that all Quest Snow Centre bookings are transferrable, but are only refundable in the circumstances outlined in the Quest Snow Centre Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds on rental equipment will only be given under the following circumstances:

​

  • The closure of both Coronet Peak and The Remarkables.

  • Proof of serious Injury or illness.

​
