I acknowledge that Quest Snow Centre’s insurance does not cover loss or theft of equipment. I understand that all Quest Snow Centre bookings are transferrable, but are only refundable in the circumstances outlined in the Quest Snow Centre Refund Policy.
Refunds on rental equipment will only be given under the following circumstances:
- The closure of both Coronet Peak and The Remarkables.
- Proof of serious Injury or illness.
We’re positive that the Southern Lakes Ski season will proceed as planned this winter, but in light of the uncertainty surrounding the impacts of Covid-19, we have made the following updates to our refund policy.
* Should you be unable to travel to Queenstown due to Covid-19, we will refund your booking. You will need to supply documentation to show that you are unable to proceed with your trip.
* Should the Southern Lakes Ski Fields fail to open this winter, we will refund your booking.
We are happy to amend or transfer your booking at any point. Please do not hesitate to contact us at: email@example.com if you have any questions for us.
The Quest Snow Centre Team
When you book online with Quest Snow Centre you are welcome to take 1 rest day for rentals of 4-6 days and 2 rest days for rentals of 7 days or more.
Figure out how many days you want to spend on the slopes during your stay. If you plan to use the equipment on 4 out of 5 days, book for a total of 4 days, but make a note in the 'Additional Requests' box at the bottom of your booking form to let us know that you are planning to take a rest day. Our staff will factor this in when you pick up your equipment.
